I hope this helps

[frs] Buffer size

Right after installing the newest beta I opened the Preference window and my audio output device was set to my monitors and the buffer size was 512, but when I changed my output to built in the buffer size changed to 256.

It's not a big problem, I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that or not.

I've been using DP since version 2.6, I love it (everything could be better). And I've been using Live since version 5. For the same reasons i (we) have 2 or 3 DAWs installed on our computers it also make sense to have multiple drum machines. What ever gives me a extra edge on other producers, I wan...

I work at GC in NYC and I must when I saw Dascratch come in I lost my mind. So I made a few calls to my reps at Stanton about using it with Live and it seems like it will do everything you want it to do except scratch & scrub. I don't know of a work around yet. http://www.stantondj.com/activekb/...

Hey, I'm not going to debate the fidelity of Itunes downloads or the fees. That's less important to me then being on the same playing field as my favorite artists. What is not debatable is the fact, Itunes, and internet distribution in general, is the future of music distribution. Like it or not. Pe...

Got one for you

Voodoo Lab make one without the expression pedal, it's called the Ground Control Pro. This is the one Kid Beyond uses.

This isn't to hard. If you need to record NOW, buy Live 6. If you don't need it till Novermber hold on a wait for Live 7 or the next best copy cat thing. Namm is coming up, but most products still take 3 to 8 months to hit stores, and the Ableton/Cycling project will take longer. What are your needs...

If it has a pulse it can be warpped.

I warpped a Muddy Waters track with a tempo that was drunk on moonshine. You should be able to warp just about anything. Make sure you're in 4/4 or whatever the timing of the song is.

Use complex mode

And set 1.1.1 very accurately
