I’m not telling you that you are stuck, I’m saying you need to be patient for a little while longer until support gets back to you. These forums are only for users to share ideas and talk, they are not an official support outlet, no one here has anything to do with your request.

FWIW I have nothing to do with returns, nor did I close your ticket. I’m just a user like you Ableton pays to moderate the forums, you’ll have to wait for support to get back to you for more details about your return.

The process to upgrade Push to Live 12 has not been released yet, so no one will be able to tell you that. Coming soon!

Just push it lightly once, don’t hold it in.

Nothing, that’s an unofficial feature and as of now there is no other way to incorporate that function.

It can sometimes take over a week at the moment. I can’t imagine they would count their slow response time towards your return period.

There’s a sale right now for Live 12 and Push 3 actually.

Currently there’s no way to disable select on launch in standalone mode sadly.

It’s likely because you’re trying to run it from an external drive. The latest version of Live is working fine on my Sonoma install here.
