What is gained by using a buss vs. a return track?

If you have the loot: Fabfilter
If you don't: Tonebooster
Both are good options.

On OSX there is a crash report created every time there is a crash. This is separate from the .alp file you sent. Did you also send the crash report file?

I didn't know either. What you get is kind of hit or miss depending on the plugin.
