My APC40 is now working. I've uninstalled automap 3.0 (Novation) and my RME Fireface400. Not sure which one was the culprit for the moment. BTW, I've sent an email to Akai support and I've never heard from them (it's been 2 weeks...).

Could not found any LowerFilters in: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E96C-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}] But I found some elsewhere deleted the first one (can't remember where it was) and that doesn't fixed it, there are several other LowerFilters in criticaldevicedatab...

+1 here too, I've got my APC40 last week and could't get it to work! On 2 different PC. It's definitely not a plug and play gear and I'm pretty disssapointed because I've waited so long for that gear to be available, I've pre-ordered mine like 3 months ago. So, well the APC40 is not detected correct...
