Livepack's - Any way to change the installation progress?

Hi!
I find a great post @ tips & tricks section of the forum, about installing many livepacks at once.
but i have a problem (i ask on the other topic as well but most ppl seems to watch only the "general" forum)

Most of my livepacks do an automatic installation straight to the library

...but also many old livepacks have a different installation progress ...

- I need first to extract them in a folder outside AL library
- Then to go through Live library to the folder i previously extract the files
- right click / manage
- extract to library

Is there any way to avoid this ?
Or any way to convert them so they will be extracted directly to library??

i don't know i usually just place the .alp files outside the library (wherever) select them all and double click on them... then live opens, installs them in the library and voila!

or do i misunderstand you?

This is the normal (and easy) way for most live packs correct!

The problem is with some (many in my case) live packs that have a completely different installation process !!
