When I started with Ableton I thought I should work with an external HD for DJ-ing - but now I see that's easier for me to work without an external HD. So I copied all my loops an tracks from the external HD to my laptop HD.
Whe I started the projects, off course, Ableton said "missing files". So I helped my Ableton and said where the files are on my HD. Worked.
All the clips I had in my project from before were running again.
BUT: the clips I had in my library still say: missing files. So I have the clips and loops in my library - but the referencing mp3 or wav files will not be found - even when I "re-found" it in several projects.
But with clips in the library I have to "re-link" the clips with the mp3 and wav files each time again - with every project it starts again.
How can I link the clips in the library with the sound files they're referencing to in general, so that it don't have to do it again, and again, and again?
Missing loops and files not found after replacing

Any ideas what I can do?
