Re: 8.1.5 available for download
Well I had just installed 8.1.4 on a new machine and it recorded 18% but I hadn't rebooted and ran various permission scripts since then to be fair. But it is a good sign me thinks.Dalski wrote:Compared to...?Rave wrote:Well I ran Tarekiths performance test and I scored 10% CPU usage using the test specs
Re: 8.1.5 available for download
hello people.
i am still on 8.0.9 and never had crash. it is really stable for me... maybe a little slow though.
should i upgrade anyway ?? is it going to be "quicker" somehow ?? I feel that upgrading might affect the stability I'm having currently.
thanks for the suggesitons / advices.

Re: 8.1.5 available for download
So that means "program only" only if you had 8.1.4 "with content"??? This makes no sense, as they said the same for 8.1.3 -> 8.1.4…Use the "program only" installer if you already have Live 8.1.4 installed.
If you have a version older than 8.1.4, please use the "with content" option instead, so you can get updated Library content.

Re: 8.1.5 available for download
Im pretty sure the "with content" download is for anyone who has chosen not to update to 8.1.3 or 8.1.4 as the content library was last updated at 8.1.3 and you didnt have a choice if I remember, you had to download the program with content. If you are coming from either 8.1.3 or 8.1.4 to 8.1.5 then you only need the program because you should have updated the library content. But if chosen to stick it out with a older version which may have worked for you then you need the content. I hope that makes sence, and that im correct because I really like not having to download load massive files, it takes me forever.
