This is my own short report on the unit. It's written for use of the NI B4, but contains all info you need for any other application.

The link should work now.

The beauty is that it's small, tough and the easiest piece of MIDI gear to use that has ever been created.

The ugly is it only sends program change messages.

The Midibuddy controller kicks ass! I use mine ALL THE TIME. 8 stomp pedals x 16 Banks = More pedals than you'll ever need!

I use it with MidiOx to change the Prog. Changes to Controllers...

I got mine on ebay for £20!!!

It has MIDI Thru so you can chain multiple MIDIBuddies or other MIDI devices together... it does not have analog -> MIDI conversion to hook up an expression pedal or something if that's what you're asking.

Well, say you have one fx type on each pedal, and when you step on one/selects that spesific effect, id like to be able to modulate one of that effects parameters with a conected volume pedal.

Midibuddy is perhaps my favorite so far, considering how small it is, and how many pedals its got! It needs to fit in my backpack, inkluding soundcard and laptop.

The midibuddy probably won't work for you if you really need an expression pedal and don't already have some type of brain that will convert analog voltages to MIDI.

If price isn't any objection (right) you could get one of these:

http://www.midisolutions.com/prodped.htm

or you could build one if you have some electronics / programming chops. Not too crazy of a project for a beginner to try if you know someone who could give some direction.
