Live Lite won't go away...

I am attempting to install the Live 6 Update (6.0.10). I previously had an M-Audio enhanced version of Live Lite 5.

I purchased the box version of Live 6 rev 6.0.7. I installed it and LOVE IT! When I check for updates (from the help menu) I see Live 6 Update (6.0.10) is available.

I download the update, install it, and when I launch it, it is always Live LITE 6 (6.0.10) M-Audio Enhanced Edition. I have uninstalled it, cleaned the registry, reinstalled it multiple times and always get the same thing. As far as I can tell I don't have any traces of the M-Audio enhanced version of Live Lite left on my PC.

How can I update Live 6 (6.0.7) Full to Live 6 (6.0.10)? Why won't my full version of Live over-ride Live Lite and take the update?

I have a Asus M2N motherboard with a dual core AMD Athlon X2 4200+ processor, Windows XP Professional, and an Alesis MultiMix8 Firewire Mixer as my soundcard.

Please Help!!!

Hmm, try just installing the Live 6 demo which is the same as the current version, and then enter your registration number for Live 6. That should do the trick.

Thanks for trying.

I got a response from Ableton Support. There is a folder hidden under c:\documents and settings\[username]\application data\ableton since I uninstalled the previous versions I just needed to do a little more cleanup.

I know I took a while to respond, sorry, but I wanted someone else to have this as a reference if they're ever stuck like I was...
