ableton and the VSTs Synths - Presets that do not change

Well,

I got sometimes specific midi-files that are linked somehow to certain presets of any vsts-plug-in.

For example: I import a midi-bass-line and I use the Sylenth1 and somehow the midi-file is liked to the sound " 303 saw drive" - even when I change it as soon I load the project again the midi is linked again to the "303 saw drive sound"...
I guess it is mistake by ableton and somehow supposed to be a help - but how can I get that thing out... It is the same problem with any other vst-plug-in. the files a linked to certain patches....
