Midi mapping in Clip View: is it possible?!!

Hello to everyone, this is my first post here. I've been using Ableton for some years now and I just got the first real issue:

I am trying to map my BCF2000 to control Loop Position/Loop Length and Transpose of some clips. I do it using the classic learning mode and it seems to work, but if then I go and select another clip, the midi mapping would change the parameters for that one too. So I guess the clip view is something fixed like an interface which will work for each different selection... is there a way to avoid this? I need to able to control the values for each different clip.
