Mac: 'Duplicate Envelope' key command system clash

Alt-Apple-D is actually OS X's 'Show/Hide Dock' (system-wide) key command, so Live's Arrange Page 'Duplicate Envelope' key command is useless

just realised that the system command 'Automatically hide and show the dock' can be disabled in System Prefs > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts. hurrah!

i think the actual keys for the 'Duplicate Envelope' command makes sense, so maybe you could just add a note in the manual about how to disable the 'show/hide dock' system command - no-one uses it anyway.
