Pressing l in an empty patcher creates a "live.*" object

Re: beta 4 -> beta 5 changelog
I was wondering it would be possible for Ableton to add the alias for "Programs"-folder to all the Live-dmg-files in the future?
I'm sure 99% of the mac users use the Programs-folder to install their programs to so it would save a little time if one could just drag the new Live-folder to the alias-icon right next to it instead of expanding the current dmg-window and then dragging the new Live-folder to Programs at the Finder side-bar.
It's small, but it still makes the installing-experience a bit more invisible. When using the betas this becomes more concrete, since they appear more often than real updates.

I've often thought this, but I'm used to the CMD+N shortcut now - when you are looking at the extracted folder it means Finder is active so the finder shortcuts workposssu wrote:I was wondering it would be possible for Ableton to add the alias for "Programs"-folder to all the Live-dmg-files in the future?

CMD+N creates a new finder window and the apps folder is visible
Re: beta 4 -> beta 5 changelog
Ok so i've downloaded both the new beta's and Max appears to be broken telling me in the device i've started to build that i need to configure the path (which is correct) in preferences and to download the latest version of Max which i've done...
Am i missing something??
