Improvements
Avoid the 'giant text' that would appear for a brief moment when you delete a Max device.
Added 'Open Max Console Window' to Max device title context menu. Improved error display.
Give visual feedback in edit button while Max editor is starting.
Improved Timing of MIDI messages generated inside of Max devices (like the StepSeq.)
