Hi Guys,
I have a problem, as soon as there is a m4l device in the set, a re-recording of a midi clip will suffer in almost 1/128th note latency at 120bpm, rather unwanted swing.
If I can mail you the livepack that demonstrates let me know.

MIDI effect latencies
Re: MIDI effect latencies
Yep. I'm having similar issues already discussed on the forums, confirmed by others but without solution.
I suspect it's a design problem related to midi latency (compensation) of M4L devices.
What happens if you run the set with different audio buffer sizes (eg. 64 vs. 1024)?

Re: MIDI effect latencies
cool, so they must be looking at it,
MIDI latency increases with Audio Buffer size over here...

Yes, that's what I've noticed too.zlatko wrote:MIDI latency increases with Audio Buffer size over here...
The latency of a midi effect device seems corresponding to the buffer size, for example 512/44100 -> 12ms.
