Ableton Unsigned #3

Post by amigo » Tue May 05, 2009 2:52 pm

Ableton Unsigned is back with #3 in the series.

This time we have secured a slot on the FEEL Ableton show on FriskyRadio.

What this means is that the project has another outlet for getting the music heard, this time to a much wider audience.
FEEL Ableton show is hosted by Shamanah and he has been good enough to support the project by broadcasting Ableton Unsigned #3 in part 5 of the 5 hour show.

The show is broadcast on the first Tuesday of every month at 3pm San Fran, 6pm Miami, 12am Paris, 1am Athens.
So tune in on May 5 at FriskyRadio or check out Shamanah's website for details.

The track list for Ableton Unsigned #3 is as follows:

(00:00) polyslax - I'm Cold
(04:49) The Landwhale - Solitary
(07:57) Nonagon - Process Of Illumination
(16:02) Warminstrel - Alright, Turn It Up Louder
(22:22) deadwhenifoundher - Glass Trap
(28:57) Dark Slide - Carrier Pidgeons
(31:55) Minimal Justice System - Ohm Eye God
(38:27) Saftronic - Cargo
(47:30) Ipix - Nothing Is True
(54:02) Relentless - GEO600
(61:25) Gustavo Bravetti – Orange

This is an exclusive mix for FEEL Ableton so at the moment it is not available for download. It will be available for download next week from the Ableton Unsigned Blog and also on R2K Podcast.

Thank you for your continued support.

Hey Amigo,

Thanks again for taking the effort to showcase us un-known types on your blog!
I get so little free time these days making complete tunes is hard enough let alone promoting them as well.

Pukka stuff mate.

Hey thought I'd share my support

...Nonagon - Process Of Illumination really hit home for me. Oh my god this was a awesome track.!!!

All of you have so much talent!

Amigo~ You should try to contact 1440 WNPV radio station! They have a 6-10 pm show called echoes. Amigo's selection fits in nicely to what they air.

Amigo, you're doing us all such a service by putting together these mixes. There's just so much talent and creativity in this community, it's great to be able to hear so much interesting work in such a coherent context (hopefully not coming off as tooting my own horn here).

@abort: I'm really glad you liked the track! If you're interested in hearing more, I've got my recently released album (which includes Process of Illumination) available for download on a pay-what-you-want system (free included, we are artists not businesspeople after all!) at:

http://nonagon.bandcamp.com

Thanks again to amigo and all the artists making these mixes so interesting!

JB / Nonagon
