saving exporting disabled.. why?

I get the message when I open a set I was working on. I just bought 8 and don't have operator or anything. The only thing I can think of is some of the instrument racks I might have used could be causing this because they are the limited presets added v8 which give you some knobs but no expadability. I've already authorized. Thoughts?

Have you tried to repair the library?

It could solve your problem.
