the last part missing in the doc has been made.
I published patches screenshots about the leds feedback and the LCD feedback.
The Javascript has been updated too, and the firmware too.
So, you can now build yours!

This is really impressive, man, nicely done and nicely documented.

Re: your code, a suggestion with due respect: at least #define some of the hardcoded vals you are using as counters, etc in your header. Even better, if there are fixed relationships between some of the values (e.g. one is always 2x the other) it might be better to calculate them than hardcode them. In this way there are fewer hardcoded values, and they are all in one place to change if you want to build a new version ;-)
