8.2.2b6 does not show 8.2.2 as update

When checking for updates (cf. this URL) from Live 8.2.2b6, the result is "There's no update available for this version."

I would prefer that the version numbering system reflects the status change from beta to public release - even when a beta version is subsequently released without any changes.
