Convolution Reverb Pro: Damn!
Finally getting around to using and studying this device.
This thing sounds amazing. Great feature set. Awesome assortment of IRs.
Hefty on the CPU as expected but not too bad.
It is also a superb example of elegant and powerful Max coding. Slick interface. Surprisingly simple top level patch with smart use of sub patchers. Makes it an excellent patch for studying advanced DSP in Max.
Overall two thumbs up.

This definitely does not have to be the case. Reverberate uses hardly any cpu and it's a dual IR convolution reverb with tons of features.stringtapper wrote:

Professional Shark Jumper.
Re: Convolution Reverb Pro: Damn!
It sounds really nice - and next to no latency, too (which is perhaps why it's quite CPU intensive).

Re: Convolution Reverb Pro: Damn!
I have have IR's from other party (bought for usage with S.I.R. 1.x.x.x way back) will they work/load into this device if I point it to the folder and sub-folders containing the 3-4 CD's worth of IR's I purchased? Haven't tried this yet so would be nice to know in advance. Actually it should be seen in Live 9 since it was in the VSTi folder path.
