[5315] no grid lines for chain modulation

i can reproduce that 100%:
create an instrument rack, show its chain selector.
create a midi clip (here in session), right click on the chain and select "show modulation"
the enveloppe window doesn't display horizontal lines (ah, just remembered i have zoom at 107%, with zoom at 100% everything is ok)

This should be fixed since Live 8.0.2.
