This happens very often like just now. When opening a song the lower corner of live says:100% Opening samples (0 remaining)
But the live screen is empty and if I press spacebar the song starts to play, but dont load the session. No other keycommand or mousebutton is working. This happens pretty often with many different computers. Usually it happens when opening many tracks in a row. Fourth or fifth song "hangs" like this. This makes Live very un-usable in live situation where I need to load 13 songs.
Current setup: Latest 15" MBP 10.5.5 with internal soundcard in use. Happens also with older MPB and with G5. Live 7.0.12. No matter what plugins or samples are loaded in the song.

We have recently received various reports regarding this problem and are already looking into this issue. From what I can tell so far, this should only happen if a few particular plugins are used in a Live set. In most cases, sets with NI's "Battery" plugin seem to be affected, but we have also found others, e.g. FAWs "Circle" synth.
A temporary workaround is to force Live to refresh its GUI, e.g. by enabling/disabling full screen mode. The short cut for full screen mode is F11. Note that the F11 key is usually used by the Expose feature in OS X. You can change the Expose settings in the OS X sytem preferences. Thus, if you load a Live set and it gets stuck, simply press the F11 key twice to get it to work.
