[4320] bug saving vsti with custom ordered parameters+macros

when loading rack preset back... all vst sliders are deleted (8 banks)...
macros unmapped...also xy unmapped...

only thing the rack actually saved is the color code on the macros...
and the vsti plugin device...

osx 10.4.10, b.7, any vsti or au instrument, or effect that has the "user defined parameters". native live instruments are fine, efx with a small amount of parameters (and therefore pre-determined) are not affected.
