[5060] discrepancy device/automation labels in Multiband Dy

Live 8 beta 8

I've found the following differences between device parameter names and automation labels:

Device vs Clip automation

Mid-High crossover - Mid/high split freq
Low-Mid crossover - Low/Mid split freq
Master output - Output gain
Output gain (all) - Post gain (all)
Input gain (all) - Pre gain (all)
