How to load up edited loops in live 6

Hi there forum,

I was wondering how audio can used in live 6 once it has been edited in. I have recorded a loop into the arrangement window and have trimmed it up in a audio editor. The sample is offline and I don't know how to use the edited sample.

I am sorry for asking a silly or repeated question. I am not able to read past posts.

-drag and drop the new sample?

-use your live's browser...
