If you are looking at audio interface, some brands to look at focusrite, PreSonus, and TC Electronic. I presonally have the focusrite saffice pro 24. The pro 24 gives me 16 in and 8 out. Bought a yamaha tyros back in 2003 for around $2800.00. I wanted a good workstation keyboard. Just got rid of it last week for trade-for-cash through Musician's Friend for $725.00 (instore credit). To add to this, a boss DR-880 drum machine was in that trade as well.
