I'd love to be able to work in Max/msp with all its possibilities in audio/video ... don't get me wrong either ... but I just can't get my grasp on it ... sorry ... maybe I'm just too dumb  I've tried (it was PD not Max though) , I failed and had to "migrate" to something similar but...

As a musician I do expect some instant gratification when using a software of choice ... unfortunately I don't have this with Max/msp - PD ... though I do understand the vast possibilities and merits of the said software. Plogue Bidule (and Audiomulch even more , but this lacks the more basic buildi...

With today's laptop setups, minimalistic is very relative ... Even with "just a laptop and controller" , you can have an overbloated setup . It's the pitfall of overcrowded vst(i) folders ... . Have been there myself - scavenging the Net for plugins - but personnally at one point I decided...

Re: Thanks, guys... see ya!

As sad as it is, I feel that this forum has lost its focus and is rapidly becoming a waste of time. In my opinion, it has ceased to be a functional and professional place for trading ideas, learning Live and music, and helping each other out. I'm sure useful information is being passed back and for...
