I have reproduced your mapping and...it is exactly what i wanted to do.
I have added some mapping in the mid range concerning the freqlo and freqhi values to be link to the ones from the hi range and low range.

Next step now is to create a simple 3 Big knobs hardware ...

Eq3 is good but the problem is to create an effect rack with the 0db of each frequencies band for a midi value equal to 64.
The final goal is to create a midi controller with a similar approach than the analog isolators.
When the knob are in the center value EQ3 has to be set to 0db for each band ...
