Just bounce it all to audio before unsubscribingaklisiewicz wrote:OK so let's say I have subscribed and then after few months I decided to quit. What happens then to my projects? No sound anymore from EW instruments ? Do I need to convert all midi tracks to audio first (before cancelling subscription) ?

Re: EW Subscription
Been a Composer Cloud subscriber for around a year. The latest version on Play is very stable. The only issue I have had is with the Spaces plug-in being temperamental. Besides that, the whole subscription process is relatively straightforward; I can't say I've had any major issues.

Re: Anyone having problem with this new 9.7.2?
Projects created in 9.7.1 containing EastWest PLAY will NOT load in 9.7.2.

PLAY issue in 9.7.2
Just for information, any project containing EastWest PLAY created in 9.7.1 will NOT load in 9.7.2 for some reason. Anyone else having the same problem? Ableton support is being dismissive, as usual, blaming it on the plug-in even though it is fully up-to-date and worked perfectly in 9.7.1. Projects...

Re: When do we get bounce-in-place? Not freeze
Really need 'bounce to new audio track' and 'convert midi track to audio track' with insert effects left in place. Would kill for this feature right about now!

Upgrade price has gone up!
I'm in the UK. The price used to be 109EUR, now it's £109, which is more expensive going by current exchange rates.
Not happy.

Re: Bit-bridging in Live 9?
Any users of FL Studio prior to v10 would have received it as a free upgrade. So yes, there is nothing to compare it to, because if you're an existing user, it is free.oddstep wrote:well, included within the standard price... there isn't a FL without bitbridge to compare prices with

FL Studio, also, provide this bit-bridge free of charge.SpeedKing wrote:
And (not being an apologist OR whiner!), but which other DAWs (other than current FL) have a built in bit bridge?

- 'Upgrading' from FL Studio
- Reccommendations
- Price - damn sight cheaper than Cubase, especially with the education discount.

I use Ableton almost exclusively as a DAW.oddstep wrote:I can't imagine not wanting session automation. Are you just working in arrangement or with premixed audio clips when you play live?

Re: Bit-bridging in Live 9?
And if I read this thread correctly there is a demand for an integrated bit bridge. I never read any requests asking for another compressor. And yes, perhaps there are some people who had to "sudsidise" this feature, like I am subsidising (for me) useless things like the Glue, a new brows...

Re: Bit-bridging in Live 9?
The point is, they are charging a rather ridiculous amount of money for an update that contains next to very little actual updates.
I'm tired of having to use poxy workarounds for everything.

Because it's a surplus piece of software that should be integrated. Plus, I do not want to hadn over £15 to some website that looks rather dodgy.

Re: Bit-bridging in Live 9?
What about plug-ins like Sylenth1, which is possibly one of the best synths ever made. It will NEVER be upgraded to 64-bit. I personally think Abes devs have been lazy in not implementing a bridging feature. Even FL Studio 10 has one! Plus, if a bridge was incorporated into live, one wouldn't have t...
