Re: push disarms all armed tracks when i select another track
I've not noticed up and down, I usually use left and right to select other tracks which is what stops the recording on my system.

Re: push disarms all armed tracks when i select another track
push is my main input device - I'm trying to record the master output to a clip so I can listen to my sessions after. I can't do that when using push because it stops the master output record clip when I use the arrow keys...
PS my workaround is physically patch another pair of outputs to the ...

Re: Recording midi into arrangement view with Push?
It's not that I lack a button - I don't mind pressing it with a mouse. It's that I can't tweak drum rack settings or jam midi over existing clips that is the problem.

Re: push disarms all armed tracks when i select another track
I'm already on 9.1. I think maybe it's been fixed in session view, but moving around in note view stops any recording clips and starts playing them. ;(

Re: push disarms all armed tracks when i select another track
bump - this is really annoying - how can I record a master of my whole set when moving around with the left and right keys stops recording and starts playing it?!

Re: Push Secrets - aka tiny tips
press shift in the session view to get a quick navigation of all the scenes/tracks
keep touching a control (rather than press release) to temporarily see/set values (like press and hold session to see the session view while jamming in note mode). Works for lots of things.

Re: Good pitch shifting plug
I'm having hard times finding a 'good' one too. For me 'good' means
* sounds not too grainy
* very fast ( < 5ms latency would be great)
I use it live so it's hard doing really tight basses and synchopated stuff. I've even thought of using a hardware pedal, as the boss ones seem good. But then ...

live8 as a looper with wiimote, bcr2000 and puredata
hello all, I'm close to my 'ultimate' looper! Of course every application is different... but!
now live8's looper means that I can sync live to me, rather than me sync to live. Much cooler.
I've done a bit of work with pure data and the bcr2000 so I can reliably control live with my laptop shut ...

live 8 looper to send midi status
a big problem with joining disparate systems up is that the master controller often has no feedback from the other systems.
I use puredata to control live, and I have to make assumptions that the looper stays in sync with my pure data master controller.
It would be great if the looper could have ...

live 8.0.1 beat repeat bug
Hi, I can't get this to happen all the time, but I've noticed that when using the 'repeat' button of beat repeat that after turning the repeat off it sometimes continues to play 'audio garbage'. This 'audio garbage' sounds like a heavily cut and spliced chunk of all the things previously running ...
