Re: I need HEAVY dubstep tracks for my fight movie

Re: Question about Exporting w/out Silence
But there are 180 dialogs that are all being processed per track with Rx 2 and nectar, EQ, and utility plug. This does nothing but consolodates the track thats already there.

Question about Exporting w/out Silence
So...one more question regarding the dialogues I have been doing. They come in groups of 4...so I was using 4 tracks in a set, and I have about 50 sets....it just made it easier to keep them organized with the settings all the same per group. Anyway, I want to export each track as its own file...but...

Yea, I have though about these routes...but I really dont think I made my point strong enough about HOW BAD the peak are different. We are talking 30 db in difference somtimes...it really is HORRIBLE...and using RMS mode...well, the middle is going to be drastic for both.

How Do I Normalize 100's of Dialogues on the Fly?
I am cleaning up some HORRIBLY recorded audio for JAPANESE ESL tests in Japan right now. They were recorded in a studio with a shure SM57, and someone who knew NOTHING about audio. He blasted the mics, and had the recording gain set super low...so, I have TONS and TONS of noise. Noise can be cleaned...

Re: FroBot's DJ Lessons of 2010 - Less is More
I totally agree with that man! Especially what you said at the end about a whole album taking you on a journey. Not to seem like I love these famous artists, but I remember when I first discovered electronic music...and heard Paul Oakenfolds "transport"...that whole album from start to finish was a ...

Re: FroBot's DJ Lessons of 2010 - Less is More
I think you are wandering a little into TASTE here rather than theory. Sure, I get where you are coming from...boring tracks are just that...boring. But, when I mean less is more, maybe there is a line on the opposite end also. I myself dont like a boring track...i dont think anyone likes a "boring"...
