Re: IK Multimedia + Ableton Live = Crashfest..
It is true. I had to stop using T-Racks plugins under Ableton because they would crash consistently. The most annoying bug comes from having any T-Racks plugins in the project and looping. Sooner or later the audio engine will crackle/pop/stall and meltdown, causing the whole project to become unsta...

Re: Serious Issues with Live 8
To answer your post, it is simple. Your problem is detailed over here, I almost beat up my PC before reading this:

PS: JBridge is a good memory solution for 32bit DAWs like Ableton and allow to overcome the 3.5GB barrier.

Re: Nexus and Live 8.0.1 problem
Hey OP. Try this ASAP. Right click on Ableton shortcut or .exe and make sure you RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. Many times that is the issue with authorization and Windows Vista+ systems. I have also noticed that if you don't run Ableton 8 with Vista support mode, once you change automation by hand/mouse liv...

Re: [mma] T-Racks 3 crashes Live when looping in arrangment view
OMG, here it is. The answer I have been looking for...3 months. I took my PC apart, RMAed parts, upgraded parts, nothing helped. T-Racks....this has been driving me crazy. I would loop and my engine would melt down like 10 minutes later (especially on shorter loops). No wonder, I use 670 and PQ plug...

Re: Ableton Support
Hello, The phone support: It´s a technical issue, sorry for this - we hope to improve this. We offer phone support for north america but we operate from europe - means we transfer the calls (to our costs) via internet to europe. Therefore you get a busy signal when the line is busy. I assume you ha...

Re: When is 8.1.2 coming out????????
had the show last night. I didn't dare do any on-the-fly recording in Live 8 with Curt on "Mad World". So I just used Live as a host and did the live looping in SooperLooper (which is what I've been trying to do for the most part since Live 8 became too risky to use onstage). That went gr...

Re: Serious Errors with Live 8.1.1
ATTN STAFF I just was working on a simple project. 10 channels, couple of PSP Neons on 4 group channels (8 mono audios panned left and right). Voxengo Voxformer on a couple of channel. I insert AudioEase Speakerphone on a channel and change a preset on it, boom Live Has Stopped Working, but it does ...

Re: When is 8.1.2 coming out????????
Welcome to Ableton 8! :D It is extremely upsetting to me, that for the last 6 months instead of creating good music, I have first spent $800 on Ableton Suite, then I spent hours upon hours troubleshooting the software, my computer, all my hardware, bought a new Audio Interface to test and the list g...

Ableton Support
I am not trying to be a nit or start trouble, but I lose my confidence and am concerned when I try to call North American support line listed on the company's website for past 2 days only to get a busy signal. No automated message, no prompts...just a busy signal. You list this number and its hours ...

Re: Serious Errors with Live 8.1.1
I have been calling the Ableton Support number: U.S. technical support line tel: 1-646-723-4572 only to get a busy signal all day long. It must be a very busy line due to so many errors in software. I have not yet called a tech support for a reputable company and received just a busy dial done. Even...

Serious Errors with Live 8.1.1
Hi, If I try to restore from last undo, I am taken to the project and boom, serious error and repeat. If I open it from the recent files or open it period, same thing, serious error. Other projects when they get closed, I recieve a message saying, "Live Has Stopped Working", close program....
