Re: Connect iPad to Live (Windows)
Hi, I suppose it's mi ignorance / innocence that is frustrating the question. Essentially I am trying to discover how I can connect an iPad to Live and what I can get. Is there a device that will take any audio from my iPad and directly import it into Live? Pre-recorded or actual. Is there a device ...

Re: Wave Alchemy Pro II Live Pack
Hi,
No I don't know anyone in Wave Alchemy, I just thought I would endorse the product as it is really good, thereby helping others on a tight budget like mine know it was worth acquiring. If I knew anyone at WA I would be asking for NFR licences not paying retail prices.
regards,
jB

Re: Wave Alchemy Pro II Live Pack
It's a great piece of kit. Bought it as a Christmas present, well worth the money and very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend.

bpm - genre dropdown
I was wondering if it would be at all possible to have a genre / bpm dropdown combo box near to the tap tempo box. This could be a prefilled (user-extensible) list of genrer names with their respective lower<and upper normal values. So if I wanted to put together a lo-fi track I would have some idea...

Back and Front ??
Hi,
Please could someone advise me how to position a sound so that it appears either back or forward in the stereo field?
I want to make it so that a parcticular sound appears either more towards the fromt of the stage or further back than other instruments etc.
Thaks and kind regards,
jB

Pan Left To Right ??
Hi,
How can I pan a sound from left to right over time, i.e gradually.
I want to pan a sound from the normal both position, gradually to the right then back to middle then gradually to the left and back to the middle.
Please could someone advise me of the way to do this?
Thank and kind regards.

Yamaha 01X Plugins Serial Number
Hi, I have just bought a second-hand Yamaha 01X. Unfortunately the plugins disk serial number is missing. I have spoken to Yamaha and they no longer support this disk. They have suggested that I ask around to see if a nice person will share their serial number with me. So has any, please got an 01X ...

Solved
Hi, I have resolved the problem As I suspected keys may have been pressed accidently (cleaner perhaps), I tried to reset the octaves level and voila... Press zones, octaves button once then saw octaves set at -7 so changed it to 0 and all my keys are back. So even after repeated factory resets the o...

M-Audio Keystation Pro No Sounds...
Hi, I am running Live 7 on Vista, using a MOTU Midi Express 128, MOTO 828MK2. I have a UMX 25, MicroKorg, Trigger Finger and Keystation 88 Pro. The UMX, Korg and Finger work fine but the KSP is driving me mad. Although I have reset the zones to all work from lowest and highest keys and factory reset...

Keystation Pro Problem with Live 7
Hi, Not sure where to post this so sorry... I have an M-Audio KeyStation Pro 88 hookd up to Live 7 with a MOTU 128 Express. I seem to be able to only use the top 3rd of the keyboard with any instrument and then only really if I set the octave to either plus 2 or 3. I have reset the zone maps on the ...

Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I had not RTFM properly and was asking too much of the vst.
One thing I also learned about VST's is that you only need to make a shortcut link in the vst folder and Live will find it. But only one level deep so using sub folders appears not to work.
Thanks again
