probably not what you meant, but i'm confused by your jargon.

they look fine to me. i'm perfectly happy with minimal tiny blocks. makes dealing with lots of tracks(like 20+ tracks) wicked easy.

have you checked out the skins section in Preferences?

I like to use a preamp with a little bit of compression(btwn2:1-3:1) to record directly to disk , then pitch correct...
