i just bought the Waves Silver Bundle, taking advantage of their super-sale and all these compatibility problems make me kinda angry and dissapointed!

not only are the AU's not working but the VST's aren't working properly, i don't have access to anything in the GUI after i click on a control once ...

i just saw on the Sound On Sound website that they published an article in october about a workaround for this very issue.

anyone correct me if i'm wrong, but i never read or saw anything mentioned in official literature about follow actions being able to launch scenes or clips in other tracks. a workaround maybe to use dummy clips in tracks in which you want silence sometimes.... so you can build your arrangement by ...
