No, but you can use hardware. Twisting a dial ads more points on the curve. So if you practice it / get it right, it'll be more curve like without manually going right down to tweak points yourself. Tapping isn't accurate enough for you? Personally I'd trust my tapping than a BPM... depending on the type of song.

I don't know of an external device that does it, but there's plenty of software solutions that take an MP3 and estimate it. Not sure about streamed though...
