Re: Setup problems [no sound]

So the audio never actually gets sent out of the software is all i can figure. any ideas? That's because Live (in Windows) only supports a single audio ...

Re: Deepest level of uninspiration

Don't reckon you could find an artist in any field, ever, that hasn't doubted themselves or wondered if that's all they have in them. Probably different if you rely on it as a primary income, I suspect the added stress of having to earn bread and do gigs/tours plus come up with new material and get ...

Re: Komplete Kontrol and Ableton, frustrated

You would probably get better help on this over at the NI forums, question is asked probably every week so there are loads of threads with solutions. Helps to know what your computer specs are tho. Can you confirm if you see all the required services running in task manager: https://www.native-instr...

Re: Live not using all cores

WOuld depend on how many tracks and devices you have. I believe Live dedicated threads to tracks and the devices within them so if you have 10 tracks, you would use 10 threads (and maybe one for the master.

But that's kind of a guess as I don't really know/care enough to look for sure.

Re: Buffer size/recording audio

OS? Depending on the OS will depend on the type of driver available. For Windows you want to be using the ASIO driver that would have come with your interface and the Buffer setting is what you need to focus on. Set the buffer as low as possible (64/128) and that will lower the delay although is thi...

Yes... it happens.... and the info in that thread is basically exactly the same information being given here, and from what I see, it resolved the other posters issues.

Re: Push 2 - Problem: Footswitches influence values of Master-Volume, Swing-Amount, etc.

Also, try and test with the laptop + push disconnected from power. I suspect that if you float your system (have nothing connected to AC power and running from battery power) yopu will see normal operation. You could have a poor grounding in your home and what you see is potential signals/voltage ru...

Re: Volume inconsistency, occasional stuck notes

Well when you purchase from unknown avenues and online vendors it's not strange at all, it's the risk you take. When you have problems like this you have to stuff around for weeks/months to get things resolved (if at all) instead of contacting your local distributor and having it resolved within a f...

Re: Superior Drummer 3 VST Crashes! Can anybody Help!

The issue sounds like your VST causes Ableton to not work properly and it terminates unexpectedly. Probably don't want that happening so if you resolve that problem then that will solve your situation. If that isn't a helpful answer, try and post some more details such as pc/mac, live version, plugi...

Re: Push 2 - Problem: Footswitches influence values of Master-Volume, Swing-Amount, etc.

Sounds like some kind of interference issue possibly more than anything. Which port are you connecting to? Have you tested both ports and do they both have the same issue? Are you powering the Push with the power supply or just the USB cable? If you are using the power supply, can you test and see i...

Re: Clicking When Pressing Piano Keys!!! =(

Yeah I hear no problem on my end. It could be the headphones you use have a slight problem with low end where something vibrates at a certain resonance and causes you this problem. Could also be as suggested, clipping of the audio signal internally due to you having the volume pushed too far up. If ...

Re: Automating the export of many projects

I assume there would be some script language to do it in Mac but not sure. Windows is simple, I use AutoIT for everything like this but there is also AutoHotKeys.

Sorry but don’t have much clue for mac :(
