Hurray - another layer to distance us from the
registry/dll crap, still back in there. I would love
to have a "metro" like OS. But this seems more like
a skin - just like media center.
Some like OSX, some like Windows. I really don't care
for either.

Re: A/B listening in Live (bypassing master plugs)
Thank you all. I knew there had to be a couple of methods.
For my situation I'll go for "EXT out" as mentioned by
bosonHavoc & chrk.

A/B listening in Live (bypassing master plugs)
Hi there I need a trick or a feature. While mixing stuff I like to hold my stuff up against things I know that work. Is there a way to make a track bypass the plugs on the master ? I don't want the "B" reference going through my processing. I Could make my mastering on a Bus or automate by...

Re: Latency in Returns with UAD
My pleasure and glad to know it was the solution for you.
That said, someone ought to do something about this. I'm
pretty sure this is an issue for a lot of people who just
gives up on returns. It should default to off or be better
described.

In mixer/session view switch "Monitor" to off on the channels
your sending from. It's probably in auto now.

Re: Recommend a dope studio mic around $400
At this price I would buy used or a SE Titan. I know people who payed 1500$ for it in 2007. It's being fased out but you should be able to find it within your pricerange. Multipatterns and hard to beat the price. http://magazine.dv247.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/titan_optmz_2.jpg Sound sample htt...

Re: Tie clips - is it possible
Well, cut time cuts blank and unwanted stuff and combines clips by selecting the time you wish to remove. But then again, it does it on all of the tracks and wipes off the all the content that is inside the selected area. But I guess this is not what you're looking for. Not quite. When I was in log...
