Those settings are completly dependant on the song your mastering, so there's no settings I can recommend. I typically set my output to -0.2dBFS, and adjust the input until I see about 3-4dB of reduction on the peaks. Some artists ask me to make it louder than this for the club, so sometimes I have...

I tried running a netsh utility fix on my system last night but still no connection. I am not super computer savy but from my understanding the netsh command should have fixed any registry value issues...is that true? - i will try and ping google tonight and check out the LSP fix
