I'm not sure if this is related but I've noticed an issue when copying max for live devices with related files and folders to the User Library.
If I copy something using finder/explorer to the user library directory on the HDD it works fine for Live on the desktop but when copied to standalone the ...

Understandable as I was just guessing which range selector was for Note. Try this version.

Mddsnake --- as the missing range selector is missing, just set the range to full and add a pitch device with fold mode afterwards ... gives you the required flexibility ... and now we have at least something to work on :)


Does this work - should be a Min and Max Range control on ...

That looks good. Are there any clips of someone using it on Push 3 standalone? Is a lot to spend on something that might not be what is needed.


I've got it working standalone but I'm not currently setup for making clips. If I find any i'll post them here. It works and it seems like everything ...

Just now it seemed to work fine so this could be something else.
A couple of times it hasn't updated the sample and toggling reload didn't fix it.
In one case it fixed itself after a minute or so. The other times I was impatient and just reloaded the device.

It should be corrected now. If you save the device the sample selected will be loaded next time although the sample selector won't show the last selected sample and folder numbers. I still need to find a way to override this ...


Cool and very interesting. I notice when using Random it seems to ...

Picked up an original Arturia Audiofuse secondhand and it works like a charm.
Doesn't need a computer to run the ADAT standalone through the MIX.
Does seem to need both IN and OUT connected simultaneously to not have occasional pops.
Much better experience than the Audient.

I did find a bug. When you change the Granular mode (Original/Looping/Cloud) the second page gets additional dials from the first page and the reload dial goes away.

Great - can confirm it's working fine.

The random values are actually limited by the number of folders and files, so if you increase the number of samples the random number will give you a number between 1 and the total samples.

OK great. I have two folders with over 1000 random bits of foley and field recordings that work really well ...

That's really cool and seems to work well.
I assume representing the folders and files between 1-127 is a necessary work around?
I also assume the "random" control only selects from the first 127 files?
Imagine you would need to return the number of files in a folder and have that set as the upper ...

I just picked up an Audient iD22 from FB Marketplace and can confirm the ADAT seems to work.
I've managed to get 8 channels at 44k+48k and 4 channels at 96k.
Had to use the iD software mixer to set Digital Output routing to "DAW Thru".
I have only one TOSlink cable so I had to check the ins and outs ...
