I reinstalled Windows 7 (64x) and reinstalled Ableton 8.2.6 + vsti plugins. Problem is that certain plugins (for example Camel Crusher) do not show up in the plugin list in Ableton, I rescanned a couple of times, made sure the folder when I installed the vsti's are writeable (c:\VST) and ...

emailed ableton support, they send me the 30% coupon.

Nothing tried al pages/combinations, always get the "No upgrades available" notification, aaah come one Ableton!! I already bought a second Suite 8 license 4 months ago or so..

So yeah, the offer of the month, free Max4Live when buying Suite 8, or other plans when upgrading to Suite 8 but nothing for Suite 8 owners? I mean, come on! I bought Suite 8 10 months ago without any bonusses, why won't give out discounts to Suite 8 license holders?

It may be a limitation of the VSTi demo.

So I finally got the time to work on the LittlePhattyEditor vsti which allows you to control your Moog Slim Phatty with the use of a VSTI, which is VERY handy for drawing out automations in the session view and stuff... well I thought...

I tried a simple piano vsti (4Front) with chorus and phaser (Ableton's native) but somehow couldnt get that distinctive sound, any idea's /tips?
