I play an acoustic drum set with an Alesis control pad through Live 8. All the above posts nail it pretty good on how the pad works. Good enough for me being that I only use it for fills and such. Was just going to post the very same problem. Tells me I have to purchase Operator to do that. Customer support said it's an 8.1.3 bug, but it's still does it after updating. New with computers in general. Any help would be awesome.
