for Ableton live should i get a cpu with betyer singlecore performance or a processor with more cores ?
what is more beneficial for running ableton live ?

could be done for live devices but how would a vst tell live which type of control is mapped to macro ?

ok so this feature is buggy, on some devices its showing properly, but on some its only showing the device on off button, on some devices the on off button is not aligned to the left, its in the center...but off center...i disabled it again

well i think 12 is more than sufficient...if you're creating so many send fx, rather just use them as inserts

is there a limit ? i think you can keep creating as many return channels as you want? no ?

so the red box give you an indication of which tracks you're controlling with the controller, but theres no such indication in arrangements view. it would be nice to have a red line next to the tracks so that you know which tracks the midi controller is controlling

so when you're done with sessions view and have transferred the clips to the arrangement view, and are working mostly with the mixer and arrangement.

it would be nice to have only the arrangement view and mixer on the same view. so you don't have to keep switching views.

very true, even i was wondering if they can make a separate window for mixer+ arrangement view, it would be very handy if you're not using the sessions view.

i think theres an open second window option in one of the file edit menus. you can for now open the second window and diplay the mixer on it and drag it onto a second monitor. (i think its there, my computer isn't on right now else it would check this for you...but search the menus, there's a second...

im talking about plugins not live devices. it would be nice if you could drag a vst like reason and select whether you want to use the midi output or the audio output of the plugin. so if i drag a vst arpeggiator or the reason plugin, and put an audio effect in front of it, live should understand th...
