Or maybe you might be having a problem where your original audio track from the band is not matching up pefectly with your midi drum track. I would suggest to warp your original audio track with the Beats method first so it perfectly lines up rhythmically with the tempo

Also, the Enigma software (http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=products.enigma) is a great piece of software for managing your X-Session presets, if you don't already use it.

I don't know, works fine with me just make sure that you have activated both soundcards on the asio4all Off-Line settings and that you select ASIO4ALL v2 on the Audio Device option of your preferences.

Track one doesn't need to be record armed. that track should be set to monitor in. Unless you want to record. Track 2 needs to be set to auto. so that it actually sends out the program changes. Program changes are like notes, they're ignored when you're working with dummy clips. Yeah, I see, I see ...

If you have record enable activated (which is the only way to work with program changes and playing the instrument live), then when you play it ...

When you want a particular program loaded just fire the corresponding clip from the keyboard. You can name the clip with the name of the pr...

Yeah, vinkalmann is right! I just tried it with my Echo Indigo DJ and my native sound card on my laptop(even though I didn't need to cause Indigo has 2 stereo outputs, but I just wanted to try it). Go there(http://www.asio4all.com/) and download the latest version of the program, install it, then on...

I don't think it's possible on the PC, at least, but for Mac, I read recently in a book(Ableton Live 5 Tips and Tricks) that you can use the native core audio card with any other card you might have. The person who wrote the book was using the Edirol FA-66 Firewire card. Excerpt follows: " OSX ...
