You could also daisy chain them using your Mac's MIDI over Network wirelessly or using an ethernet cable. You can set it up in Audio MIDI Setup (it's in Applications > Utilities). I'm running Ms Pinky with a Traktor Audio 6 and couldn't be happier. I don't own M4L, so I haven't had a chance to check the plug in that loads audio directly from Live, which does look cool.
