you're still using live 6? ok, then all you need to do is put your warp marker for "1" right at the beginning, then double click beat "20" so it's highlighted, and drag that to the end of the clip. adjust in between as needed.

It's just harder to hit that smaller area now, especially if you're live using a trackpad. probably the closest you could get would be to do it in the arrangement view, then copy and paste the envelope into a clip.

just put it in arrangment view, and re-render it with enough space added to the beginning to get you the full bar.
