how should I get the installer? I bought the collection after the UB update of other instruments. When I enter my serial number for 4.1 update, it tells me that it's never registered. If I try to to register it asks me to provide challenge code. I don't have challenge code???

before I say this (and be redundant from earlier in this thread) I want to say that other than NI crap, VW was something I waited ANXIOUSLY for my macintel. I want to say that compared to my VW on my pc (1.65??? I think) this version is not even close. Not in any way.......I takes up mo' cpu, doesn...

NI is aware of this problem. Probably they will release another update for AU version. VST version is working fine for me in Live.
