MBP, Zebra2, Live 6.01

I know that after 10.4.8 update, CPU frequency is usually working at top speed (full throttle). However this should effect Live positively...unfortunately it's worse. I hope to see Ableton's answer or advice about 10.4.8 and this performance problem.

So with my MBP-FF800 ( OSX 10.4.8 ), when Live 6 CPU shows around 50% usage with 256 sample buffer size, stuttering starts for me. I need to change the buffer to 512 if I wanna get rid of stutters. Is this normal then?

10.4.8 is a dog, face it.......it's good to face facts......... repairing permissions and all that isn't going to work IF you already have issues. a very simple one for me is the 'crop' feature, but is it just me or is it annoying as hell that you have to move t2 sets of markers to activate the crop... I think it should be just the start and end arrows, not the loop brackets, that way you wouldn't have to warp a clip at all if you want to cro...
