Re: Question for APC40 Mk2 owners.
Live has a Value Scaling takeover mode that allows smooth parameter changes from controller inputs. Rather than jumping to the current slider position, it adjusts the parameter in the direction the slider moves. This is only WYSIWG once the two values are equal.
The other modes are:
None — As ...

Question for APC40 Mk2 owners.
I have an APC40 mk2 here that I've borrowed from someone and might buy off them.

Disc Overloads in Rewire mode.
I'm using Live 9 rewired with Logic Pro X. As soon as I start to use any instances of simpler or sampler in Live I get disc overloads. This is with very minimal streaming - ie the simpler just has a short white noise sample. Everything is fine with instances of Operator, but as soon as I use a ...

How to add Stereo Width (Like Logic's Sample Delay Plug-in).
Simple Delay Plug-in:
Unlink: Off
L&R both set to Time, (not Sync)
L: 1.00 ms
R: start around 20 ms then adjust to taste
Feedback: 0%
Dry/Wet: 100% (adjustable to taste)
Follow this with a Utility plug-in and adjust width to taste.
Also think of this like a Room verb..

Live Looping on a Mac - is it possible?
Not MIDI Looping - Live Looping.
If so, what do I need to make it happen (apart from Live and a Laptop)?

Hi
I had lots of problems with the midi on my FW410. In the end I bought a separate midi interface for £45 (emagic MT4 - though this may not be your best choice as I'm on a Mac). Since installing the MT4 things have been great, though I did need to get the latest driver). With the FW410's midi I'd ...

Qs re pressure sensitivity on Handsonic and Trigger Finger.
Does the Roland Handsonic's pressure sensitivity function in the same way as the M Audio Trigger Finger's? ie Can it output via MIDI to control parameters in Live? And when 'rolling' with pressure, does this output over MIDI (or does it just 'roll' internally within the Handsonic?).
