Re: Routing midi via Maschine question.
I don't own a Machine, but my guess is those settings are saved with each kit, and are not global to everything you load. Have you tried saving a kit with those settings and then reloading it to see if they persist? Hey outsidesys, thanks for the reply. I have done what you have suggested, and unfo...

Stick a saturation on the chain, and bring it down by about 15%. Then put a low pass filter on the track, and ...

Routing midi via Maschine question.
Hello. I hope you are all very well. I am trying to get my head around a routing issue, and would really appreciate any help, or advice from the forum. So I have set up Maschine as a vst in live 8. I have it set up as 16 midi channels, each receiving a different element of the drum kit I have loaded...

Re: clip question
i'm really sorry, but i have used the wrong terminology, and have worked out what i need to do.
i was calling scenes clips.
i wanted to add more than 36 scenes, so i can add more clips to a track. the answer is simply CTRL + i

Re: x session uc 17
i think your last sentance hit the nail on the head. the weight and 'feel' of the unit are what i really like. it doesnt have endless pots, which is a preference for me, as i don't get lost with where the parameter is, and helps it feel more like a standard dj mixer. i may have used banks in the wro...

guy j's remix of bent- as you fall, is one of the most beautiful pieces of work i've heard in a long time. then again it's bent, AND guy j, what's not to love!
